❄️ STAY COOL THIS SUMMER! ❄️

One of the latest additions to our constantly growing workshop is Air Conditioning (AC) servicing & repairs.

Our machine covers both the old R-134a and the new R-1234yf types of gasses covering majority of cars on the road.Each aircon service includes a quick inspection for any obvious damage, a 25min vacuum & leak test, oil and UV dye injection to help identify any future leaks.In addition to the normal AC servicing, the new equipment has a made it easier for us to carry out various repairs around the AC system and also engine swaps without having to call another company delaying the process.Many people think AC is only needed to cool your vehicle in summer, however you have to remember, it also keeps the interior of your car fresh and dry in humid winter days. We normally recommend keeping your AC on throughout the year. Just set your preffered temperature and click “AUTO”. Your car is equipped with multiple sensors and will do its best to keep the cabin comfortable to sit in for the rest of your journey.

⚙️ 6HP -> 8HP CONVERSION ⚙️

Something a little different this time.

An 8HP gearbox from ZF has truly changed the car world. As a result, lots of people are moving from manual transmission cars to automatic. And we aren’t just talking about driving in comfort, we are talking about driving fast i.e. Track days, drag racing or even drifting!

8HP can be found on most F/G series BMWs from factory. But what if someone wants one in their E6x car, or even E46?

Thanks to some aftermarket solutions available, 8HP can now be fitted onto a pretty much any moving vehicle.

Here’s BMW 535D (E61) that we have recently converted from 6HP -> 8HP.

- Higher torque rating
- Much faster gear changes
- Instant and early torque converter lockup
- Improved comfort

This has become a very common thing nowadays and we are happy to have completed one ourselves. :)
