2. Nominated Tester practical assessments
3. Nominated Tester practical training
4. Representation during VOSA disciplinary procedures
5. 12 month packages tailored to the site

For the HGV & PSV operators I offer the following:
1. Implementing maintenance systems and arrangements that meet the Dept. for Transport minimum requirements
2. Continuous monitoring of the maintenance systems and arrangements
3. Vehicle examinations to VOSA minimum requirements
4. Packages to suite the operators requirements

Well I’ve been trading almost 8 years now as The MOT Expert, after 16 years as a VOSA/ DVSA Examiner. With, currently, almost 80 MOT stations and various HGV and PSV operators as my customers, the high level of service I provide speaks for itself. Being an ISO9001 accredited auditor you can expect MOT Site Assessments and Quality Control checks to be thorough with valuable advice and ideas offered to remedy any issues identified. I can confidently say that, with my help and advice, any MOT station can become a ‘Green’ banded garage.

I am proud to announce that I, The MOT Expert, have now been ISO 9001 accredited. Over the last couple of weeks I have been working hard to achieve this accreditation and it has paid off.
For those of you that are not aware, the ISO 9000 family of quality management systems (QMS) is a set of standards that helps organizations ensure they meet customers and other stakeholder needs within statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service. ISO 9000 deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems, including the seven quality management principles that underlie the family of standards. ISO 9001 deals with the requirements that organizations wishing to meet the standard must fulfil.
For my customers it means that the systems I have in place should ensure that the service I provide will always be to a high standard, ultimately helping you achieve and maintain compliance with DVSA’s current statutory and regulatory requirements.
