🏆Testimonial Tuesday 🏆

🔥Passion for the job makes all the difference.

For us, it’s never just about getting the car in, getting the job done and moving on to the next one. We take pride in what we do — because the quality of our work, the attention to detail and the experience we give our customers all matter.

And when you’re passionate about your work, one of the best compliments you can receive is a recommendation. A customer trusting you enough to tell their friends, family or colleagues, “Take your car there — they’ll look after you,” means everything.

That kind of reputation isn’t bought. It’s earned, one job at a time. 🚗👏

🏆Testimonial Tuesday 🏆

🎨 The paint problem you can see is often only the symptom. The real issue can be what’s happening underneath.

That’s why we take the time to explain why the problem has occurred and why we need to follow certain processes to repair it properly. It’s not about making the job more complicated. It’s about fixing the cause, not just covering the problem. 👏

🏆Testimonial Tuesday 🏆

🚗 Customer service costs nothing… but poor customer service can cost you everything. If a customer leaves their car with you, keep them updated. Communicate. Be honest. Be respectful.

It takes seconds to send an update, but it can make a huge difference to someone’s experience. The little things matter. And good customer service should never be an afterthought. 👏

🏆Testimonial Tuesday 🏆

We always take the time to explain to customer why a job is priced as it is, whether that is less or more than our competitors.
