💥Unique Job/business Opportunity!💥

Looking for a super organised, car loving, implementor! To make my visionary, adhd fuelled Automotive vision come to life!!! 🚘

I am totally stuck where I am! My business will not move any further forward whilst I'm still holding the reins!

My adhd see's me self sabotage when things start to run smoothly! And as such I'm looking for someone to come onboard to basically run the show!

The business is an established car repair, restoration and respray business based next door to Santa Pod Raceway.. completing work for Road, Race & Retro cars!
And a second site close by fully set up as a detailing centre and car sales site/showroom!
With room and plans to set up as a SMART Repair Centre.

One we did for ourselves... Full bare metal respray in volkswagen natural grey! This car had never had any previous repairs or paintwork 🙌😃 Swapped this for another project but wish we hadn't if I'm honest 😞 ohh well on to the next one 💪

'This is repaired! Not Replaced'!! 🙌👌
Parts are super hard to find for these rare Nissan s14's! So when a customer came to us with this car we utilised our Fiberglass department to re make the wing and our skilled fabricator to repair the door.. I'm sure you'll agree a 'magical' repair. 🪄
For over 2 years now to complement our existing bodywork repairs and paintwork we've also been fully equipped to design, repair and manufacture fibreglass parts and panels!

Vehicle Repairer/Paint Sprayer

Location: Podington, Northants (next to Santa Pod Raceway)

Are you an experienced Vehicle Repairer or Paint Sprayer looking for an exciting opportunity in a family-run business? Triple R Automotive is seeking a skilled professional to join our team, working primarily on modern classics, particularly Volkswagens, race cars, and prestigious road cars. We also specialize in building one-off customs, show-winning cars, and working on camper vans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform panel repairs and paint preparation, including masking
• Apply solvent and water-based paints
• Engage in fit and strip tasks as needed (not essential)
• Conduct metal fabrication (advantageous but not essential)
• Work independently, utilizing your initiative to solve problems is a must!

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vehicle repair and paint spraying
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus
• A passion for Volkswagens and 80's/90's cars
• Ability to work on your own initiative
