Lilou Composites Handcrafted carbon fibre and fibreglass parts. Artisan-made with precision and passion. Join us on the journey—because your build deserves the best.

At Lilou Composites, we bring years of hands-on experience in high-performance composites and automotive craftsmanship to the VW T4 community. Our journey started in the world of superyachts and race cars, where we honed our skills in composite laminating, pattern and mould making, and precision fabrication. From working with carbon fibre and Kevlar to developing parts for Caterham and Corbeau seats, we’ve always focused on quality and detail. Our founder’s expertise lies in turning raw materials into performance-driven parts—whether it’s carbon fibre wings, bonnets, or spoilers. After years of building and refining skills in the high-end automotive world, he turned his passion to the VW T4 scene, recognizing a gap in the market for custom-made carbon fibre parts that enthusiasts would truly appreciate. At Lilou Composites, we believe that even the most practical wagons deserve a touch of craftsmanship and innovation. Every part is handmade in our artisan workshop, ensuring a perfect fit and an unbeatable finish.

Hey everyone! 🛠️
With a slight lull in our standard order volume and some massive plans on the horizon, we’re pivoting to bring you something special. To help fund our journey toward developing brand-new moulds and parts, we are now officially opening up a Carbon Fibre Skinning Service for one-off and custom pieces!
How it works:
Mail-In Service: Send us your existing parts via post, and we will professionally skin them in your choice of classic Carbon Fibre Twill or striking Forged/Chopped Carbon Fibre, then ship them right back to you.
Upgraded New Parts: Looking for a fresh look? You can also order brand-new parts that have been aesthetically upgraded with a high-end carbon fibre finish.
Transform your gear and help us build the future of our workshop. Drop us a message or comment below to get a quote for your parts today!
