We are looking for an experienced technician to join our independent workshop.
The applicant must have the ability to work with V A G range and the ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults as well as carrying out routine maintenance and repair work. Ensuring all work is completed following company and manufacture guidelines and carried out to the highest standard and in a safe manner. Must have pride in their own work and being part of a team. You will also receive numerous benefits inc 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and working hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm.
Training program available for further development.
Role responsibilities
• To carry out vehicle servicing and repairs
• To ensure customer satisfaction in the service and repair of vehicles
• To employ knowledge and skills to test vehicles and diagnose faults
• To report any current and/or future vehicle faults and servicing requirements noticed whilst working on vehicles
• To ensure vehicles are thoroughly examined and reported orally and/or in writing
• To ensure that all hours and material usage are accurately recorded
• To keep work area clean and tidy
What you will need
• Full UK driving license
• To have attained a City & Guilds qualification or NVQ or experienced by time.
• To have experience in the servicing and repairs of vehicles
• Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 2/3
• Ability to diagnose and repair from start to finish including electrical faults
• An eye for detail
• High level of enthusiasm
• Be a good team player
• Own toolbox with tools essential

In light of recent events i will be running a charity event for children's hospice south west.

The target will be £750.

The event will be held on Saturday 23rd September.

The event will be 10,000 ft tandem skydive over the Cornish coastline.

There is still some paperwork to finish off but once that is done the official drive will begin along with ways to donate.

JOB OPPORTUNITY!
Here at Allvolks Plymouth, we pride ourselves on repairing Vwag range vehicles to the highest of standards. We also carry out work on other makes and models.
Requirements for the role:
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent minimum.
Ability to complete jobs at industry-given times.
Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Experience in carrying out repairs from start to finish.
Demonstrate an eager and honest approach to work.
Ability to be able to carry out diagnostic work from start to finish inc wiring.
Full UK Driving license essential.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Carry out routine Servicing and Maintenance.
Identify worn or faulty components.
Diagnose and repair motor vehicles.
Ensure all work is performed accurately and efficiently.
Keep a clean and tidy workshop.
Candidate MUST have:
Own a fully usable toolbox with tools.
At least 4 years experience.
Be able to work on your own initiative.
Salary depends on experience.
28 days Holiday INC bank hols.
TRAINING IS PROVIDED FOR ALL ASPECTS OF THE INDUSTRY.

Good morning guys and girls.

The garage will be closed from Friday 23rd of December and will be back open again on the 3rd of January at 08:30am.

We would like thank customers old and new for the support over the last year.
