Devon Gearbox Centre would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support. We wish you all a happy Christmas & a happy new year! we have not sent cards or chocolates this year, instead we have made a donation to the salvation army. Total transmission fluid exchange for one of our customers today on his 8 speed (8HP transmission) Jaguar XF using ZF lifeguard 8 fluid which is the genuine fluid for this transmission type.

If delivery is around Devon and Cornwall £265+VAT delivered or you are more than welcome to collect the gearbox at a reduced rate. We can also supply the oil at an extra cost. Before and after pictures of the transmission fluid, showing the degradation of the fluid after 60,000 miles. This was from a Land Rover Range Rover fitted with a 6 speed Automatic transmission. The fluid was exchanged using our Launch CAT501S which will change 99% of the fluid, the only way to do so. We use ZF Lifeguard 6 fluid in these transmissions fully approved by ZF.

ZF the manufacturer of these transmissions recommends a fluid and filter exchange roughly every 60,000-80,000 miles
