Hey guys, sorry it’s a late post been a busy couple weeks at the workshop.

A few recents for you-

Honda CB500X in for a annual service and rear tyre repair

Yamaha Tracer 900 in for valve clearances and throttle synchronisation

Triumph Tiger 900 GT in for full service and rear tyre

Suzuki gsxs 1000 in for front brake calliper rebuild (forgot to take a pic of the bike)

BMW K1300S in for annual service, rear final drive boot and final drive, oil change and rear tyre

BMW S1000rr in for annual service and 2 tyres (forgot to take picture)

Triumph Speed Triple S in for fork seals and an annual service

Honda CBR 600 in for diagnosis and repair after another workshop had carried out work. Found that the carburettors were not seated in to inlet manifold, spark plugs electrodes burnt and pipes not correctly fitted unfortunately.

Triumph speed triple R in for mot, fork seals and generally to get it running correctly after being sat up for a while

KTM superduke 1290 R in for annual service

There has also been tyre changes and mots and diagnostics using texa.

Racing went well. Managed to come away with the 1st fastest bike but the third run of the day sadly the bike didn’t feel like it should. I am Pretty sure I’ve lost compression on cylinder 1 and 2 as the up pipe that keeps the carbs pressurised came off so the bike is running too lean on those cylinders. Still, happy that it managed to come first and still carried on sending it whilst wheel spinning in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear.. half way down the track! My son loved it and can’t wait until he can race as well.

So had these two triumph tigers in for mots and service one was for an annual service and the other was a full service with front wheel bearings .

I’ve been looking after these 2 bikes for over 10
Years and there still going strong ! 💪.

Honda f6c in for coolant fault diagnosis and found the water pump at fault . Not bad for 108000 miles again been looking after this bike for 10 years and still runs silky smooth besides the coolant leak.

Honda cbr 900 in for mot carb clean and reset and annual service . I still have a soft spot for these bikes .

Recently had this 2018 BMW S 1000 RR in due to top end engine noise. I wasn’t expecting to open it up and find this... Lots had to be removed just to gain access.

Found that the cam shaft was worn and rocker worn.
