Here’s a quick look inside a BSA fuel tank after our internal nickel-plating process.
The aim is to give the inside of the tank a clean, durable plated finish while preserving the tank itself for continued use.

Got an old motorcycle tank with a liner that’s lifting, bubbling or breaking down?

We can now remove old internal tank liners using specialist chemicals and a carefully controlled process designed to protect the external paintwork.

Once the old liner is out and the tank is properly prepared, we can also carry out our internal nickel-plating treatment.

It’s specialist, time-consuming work — but for the right tank, it can help preserve the existing paintwork while giving the inside a fresh start.

Rescued from eBay: this 1972 Suzuki TS125T tank arrived in a terrible state, but left us better than new. The bike was bought new by the owner's late father in 1972, and he's still searching for the bike's ORIGINAL tank, side panels and headlamp, lost years ago. If you know of a TS125T tank with the distinctive welding strip along the top - or have one gathering dust - get in touch. You could reunite a family bike with its original parts after 50 years.
