More than 1,500 customer conversations now take place through live chat every month with our Northgate Insurance Services team, demonstrating the growing demand for fast, convenient digital support.

On World EV Day, we’re highlighting the way we support customers after an incident is evolving as more drivers and businesses make the switch to electric and hybrid vehicles. 🚗⚡

Over the last year we've seen an 81% increase in the number of claims we've managed for EVs and a 105% increase for hybrid vehicles, reflecting the growing adoption of alternatively fuelled vehicles across the UK.

That's why we're continuing to invest in the specialist skills, infrastructure and EV solutions needed to support customers and vehicles throughout their journey. For customers, this means having access to repair, mobility and claims specialists who understand the unique requirements of these vehicles and can get them back on the road quickly and confidently - whatever vehicle they drive. 🛣️
