Just to highlight a very popular service we provide here at Stirling Village Cars which is the most feared “wet belt” replacement!

The pictures here show you the 1.0ecoboost. Not a bad engine at all in our opinion, we’ve seen plenty over 100k on the original belt, albeit these were properly serviced and looked after car’s (see picture No3), and then there are the examples highlighted in picture No4, it had low miles but low service count!

Regardless of that, we have saved many many ecoboosts now in the nick of time and we have rebuilt many ecoboosts that had gone too far!
We are also open to buying cars with failed 1.0 ecoboost engines, if you feel you do not want to repair your car then you can always give us a shout!

We also offer wet belt replacements on the Ford 2.0 ecoblue and all PSA 1.2 puretech engines which are found in Peugeots, Citroens and most Vauxhalls! The 1.2 being quite prone to failure in the 30-40k region!
