If you prefer your caravan breaks a little quieter, September is a lovely time to visit us.

The summer rush begins to ease, the countryside starts to change and there is still plenty to see and do around South Lincolnshire.

We have good availability throughout much of September, although we are already fully booked for five nights from 24th September.

🌾 Barley harvest complete! 🚜

Another little milestone in the farming year here at Windmill Farm — the barley is safely harvested! 🌾

Many of our guests see the tractors and machinery coming and going during their stay, but it’s easy to forget that alongside the caravan park, Windmill Farm is very much a working family farm.

Here’s a little glimpse of the combine making its way through the barley and bringing this year’s crop in. 🚜🌾

• 1 ticket = 1 admission. 2 tickets maximum per booking (if you would like to book more than 2 tickets, please refresh the page and do so on separate bookings).
• All free tickets must be booked online in advance and will not be available to purchase on arrival
• Once all 150 free tickets have been claimed, normal-priced tickets will still be available to purchase online and on arrival
• Free tickets are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis – once they’re gone, they’re gone!
• Historic Houses passes and Season Tickets are still accepted as usual on this day

🎣 A great weekend’s fishing at Windmill Farm! 🎣

We absolutely love it when guests send us photos from their stay — and these were too good not to share!

A big thank you to Darren Blakey, who stayed with us for a long weekend and managed to catch a lovely selection of fish from our lake. 🎣🐟

Our fishing lake is right here on the caravan park, so you can pitch up, relax and enjoy a spot of fishing without having to go anywhere — although, of course, we can’t promise everyone Darren’s success! 😂

Thanks again, Darren, for staying with us and for taking the time to send these fantastic photos. We hope to welcome you back to Windmill Farm again soon.

Pooh sticks the Farm way!

No combining today! Still waiting for fields to be ready. So looking ahead to winter and making sure water can run smoothly in our drainage d***s. Clearing out tunnel ends.. very very satisfying seeing what comes out with the tyre ! 🛞

🚜🦢 One of the best parts of farming...

One of the things we love most about working on the farm is that every day is different.

We were lucky to come across this beautiful brood of swans while out on the tractor today!
