Local charity health bus weren’t happy with the way their tailgate was looking — every time it touched the floor it left deep marks and damaged the paint.

So we came up with a simple, effective solution: bonding a robust, sturdy rubber seal to the top of the aluminium tail‑lift. This protects it from future damage and neatly covers the existing marks.

One very happy customer with the finished result.

Another van transformed for a customer who needed proper storage for 3‑metre copper pipes and all his fixtures and fittings.

After talking through his options, we agreed on a setup that keeps the floor clear for boilers and larger kit while giving him organised, easy‑access storage.

We built a full 3‑metre pipe store, a strong 3‑tier shelving unit with a centre support, and fitted brackets to lock everything in place.

Also supplied and fitted tailor‑made seat covers to protect the front cab area.

Recent Ford Custom Break‑In Repair

One of our customers recently had their Ford Custom broken into. Instead of buying a brand‑new door and dealing with bodyshop costs or insurance headaches, he asked us to take a look.

We reshaped the damaged area, rust‑proofed it, and fitted a clean cover plate — and it turned out far better than expected.
