NOT EVERY PERFORMANCE UPGRADE ADDS BHP. 🔧

Spark plugs aren't exactly the part most people show off when they open the bonnet.

But on a tuned performance car, the less glamorous components still matter.

This BMW M2 had previously been with us for a dyno tune and, during its latest visit, we fitted a fresh set of NGK Iridium spark plugs alongside the other work being carried out.

It's a good reminder that modifying a car isn't just about chasing the next power figure.

Maintenance and the condition of the car matter too.

🔩 HEL braided brake lines
💧 MMX Performance racing brake fluid

A serious braking package to complement the additional performance the car already has.

It's also a good example of what we can do beyond tuning.

SAME WHEELS. BETTER STANCE. 👌

It's surprising how much difference a few millimetres can make.

On plenty of cars, the factory wheels sit further inside the arches than they really need to.

A correctly sized set of hubcentric wheel spacers brings the wheels out towards the edge of the arch, giving the car a wider, more purposeful stance — without changing the wheels.

And bigger isn't necessarily better.

The right spacer size depends on your car, wheels, tyres, suspension setup and available clearance.

At Dragon Performance, we can supply and fit wheel spacers, making sure the correct size and hardware are used for your setup.

IF THE FIRST QUESTION YOU’RE ASKING ABOUT A REMAP IS “HOW MUCH?”… YOU’RE ASKING THE WRONG QUESTION.

Don’t get us wrong — price matters.

But when somebody is changing the software that controls your engine, there are a few other questions worth asking:

🔧 Who is actually tuning the car?
🔍 Is the car being checked before it’s tuned?
📈 What power and torque should it realistically make?
⚙️ Is the calibration appropriate for the car?
📊 Can the results actually be measured?
🤝 What happens if you have questions afterwards?

You can find cheap remaps everywhere.

But you’re not simply buying a file for a laptop.

You’re trusting somebody with your car.

And ask questions. Lots of them.

We’re happy to explain what we’re doing, what we’d expect from your car, whether dyno or non-dyno tuning is appropriate, and why we’re recommending a particular approach.

So yes, ask us how much.

But ask us what you’re getting for that money too.
