It is with much sadness & regret, that I will be introducing a new pupil deposit fee with immediate effect for all new bookings.

This is as a result of a spate of new pupils either cancelling their 1st lesson late or simply not showing up on the day of their 1st lesson.
Follow up calls or messages offering to rearrange their start date have also simply been ignored, with some messages not even opened.

The deposit fee will secure the agree slot & will cover the 1st lesson.

I'm currently reworking my diary as a result of these no shows & changes in some current pupils circumstances, off to Uni, college & new jobs etc.

Details of any new availability will be posted soon, once my existing clients needs have been catered for.

Regards,
Ricky
