A customer came to us about a noise, after discovering the fault we rang the dealer and they said the only way was to get a whole new steering rack! Which is a big cost! So we did some digging for the customer and found a part number for the piece that we needed which was a noise elimination rubber bush for the steering column, at a fraction of the price!

This customer put a “stop leak” into the cooling system after discovering a leak, it stopped the leak for a sort while however started leaking again so he came to us.

After draining the coolant the stop leak had made the coolant thick and the system had to be flushed multiple times! Do it properly and do it once, stop leaks can block your cooling system.
