Welded Td5 crank pulley. No matter which brand of pulley you buy, they don’t last long in Winch Challenge environments before they delaminate and start knocking their t**s off. Welded ones last longer than the engines (in my experience 🤭)

To say I’m relieved that the truck has been faultless for the last 2 days of roadbooks would an understatement. We’ve pushed quite hard to catch back up after our winch issue on Tuesday but not taken too many risks. Austin jumped in to substitute Ed with his smashed finger so huge thanks to him. These 2 days really have been the best I’ve done off-roading, made even better yesterday with the sun shining.

So after 5 days competing, we’re back at the arena for a final blast at the Super Extreme lap. The sun is out for now but due to rain soon. It’s a very depleted field now as so much carnage in the rain. My god does know how to rain here. 11th place should be secured but anything can happen even at the last hurdle.

All ready for day 1 roadbook. Nice and steady to 13th in qualifying but still managed to break bits. Ed’s first go at roadbook so he’s a bit nervous but not going to push it at all with such a long event.
