Honda Civic (EF) came in for full outer sill replacement both sides ,with alot of inner sill repairs to go with it.There was plenty of filler and this black mold looking stuff underneath the white paint,you never know what your going to find doing this work.Other small repairs to tie it all together.Still some cosmetic rust to carry out which Luis the owner is going to do along with an engine bay tidy up,engine conversion,suspension to name a few things..Looking forward to seeing it once finished 🙌

Ford Probe came in for a rear outer sill and some inner sill repairs as they’re notorious for rotting out in these areas .Replaced both driveshaft cv boots as-well as a brake flexi that had signs of rubbing .Very cool unique car with a wicked sounding V6 .

Peugeot 309 GTi came in for quite a big overhaul rust wise,Rear end was looking quite sorry for itself which i’m surprised it was still attached after inspecting it.Inner and outer boot panel replaced with NOS repair panel ,lots of surrounding repairs as there was nothing left to build off.Both rear inner and outer sills replaced as well as the jacking points .The underside has been stripped ,epoxy primed and finished off in 2k cobra tin-table to give it that tough oem looking finish. 309 is looking more presentable than when it rolled through the door .

Nissan S13 came in for its first lot of welding to get it a step closer to being road worthy. Inner and outer rear sills ,floor repair,rear arches seam welded ,rear towing point repaired and front mount intercooler bracket fabbed up. I had the pleasure of hearing it start up for the first time to make it easier to move around, as it’s still a rolling project .Hopefully will see it in the future for more welding as it requires some bodycuts like the chassis legs that they’re prone to rotting out and front sills that need repairing. (I did forget to take photos of repaired rear arches and towing eye)

Mercedes S320 came in for rear jacking point,inner sill,outer sill ,front footwell and front sill repairs. To my horror I found out the jacking point was made out of cardboard and sealant ,not ideal .All sorted and interior back together.Other than the rust issues this mercedes is great !Comfortable,interesting colour and all the optional extras .

Vw Baywindow in for new fuel lines and a checkover.Fuel lines had a scary amount of cracks in them and thats how most aircooled VWs meet their fate. Will be having it back in soon to sort out a mysterious gearbox oil leak.

BMW E38 728i came in for all four corners jacking points/sills to be repaired and rust treatment/undercoating .Hopefully will see it again for rear arches and bootlid welding at a later date .Stunning example for one of these with the creme/blue piping interior.

Daihatsu Hijet came in for the battery tray,wheel arch,bumpstop and some other small areas to be repaired .Only thing holding the battery in was a screwed in Tupperware box .Very cool little truck with lots of character.

T5 came in with some crash damage.Front door,sliding ,sill and b pillar had all been pushed in.Sill/ b pillar pulled out,cut out and repaired.Damaged doors replaced and wiring looms swapped over as they didn’t match up with the main wiring loom.
