Stocko came down from Liverpool with his sprinter to have the plylining removed that had seen better days. With him delivering mororbikes across the UK the 5.5mm ply had taken a beating. With this gone we added 9mm throughout adding a roof with spots, Red channel LED’s and load lock so he can strap the bikes in and not have any worries. This was fully wrapped out and we even did the bulkhead as the rest of the van made it look terrible! All done and this will be a great addition to Stocko when he opens them doors to load/ deliver bikes. Thanks again and see you soon with the next van 👌🏼

Andrei Vintu sent one of his vans up to us to have a bed installed on his Sprinter van. A much needed addition with this van concentrating on European deliveries. As you can see it’s a big improvement.we also added son load lick to keep his straps hanging up and off the floor and fitted a wheel arch that had vanished from the load area 🤣 thanks again Andrei

John Walker from Indigo Blue European Ltd came up to us from down south with his Iveco Daily Van. This beast goes all around Europe moving classic cars and vehicles so the driver needed a little room to get comfortable at night but still be able to store items in the back.
We re-Plylined the whole van adding a roof with spots/ halo roof and a storage area above the cab roof was wrapped out with a finish king panel on the front. The van then had a nice new floor added in and vinyled over by Adam Maher. Next up Motorglaze (Matt) added a tinted opening side door window which is a great addition. The rear area had a Flettner slim line fan added to keep things fresh, the front had a Maxxfan. Big thanks to Midland Leisure Supplies Limited for the fan.
We added a bulkhead divider to split the van adding a good size bed, fridge, top storage and lower storage with various charge points. This van also had a 4kw Nightheater thanks to Autoterm.store UK. Their heaters are just quality! Everything was wrapped throughout and RC Fabrics Ltd finished the Halo roof with there RS material 👌🏼
Big thanks to John for trusting us with this build and hope the drivers get on with it in europe, should make a huge difference 👍🏼

Dave Hall & Josh Ben Hall-hawthorn from VCL bars came to us with their Iveco Daily mini truck for a little upgrade to the interior. Outside looks the part but the inside needed sprucing up. We started off giving the door cards some attention and once again thanks to RC Fabrics Ltd for saving the day. We used their Embossed suede Cream RS throughout this build which suits the van perfect. We made a new roof with an inverted Halo to switch things up and 4 spotlights. The back of the cab was boarded out and insulated with the sides wrapped in Barley 4 way. We added a storage box to finish the job our end, now it’s off to have the rest of the cab/ floor finished with a few other special additions. Thanks again for bringing your van and will be in touch soon 👍🏼

Due to many projects and a holiday booked we cannot get anyone in until mid September onwards.
This year has been none stop for us and shows no sign of slowing down which is great!
For those that we have been in contact with the dates agreed in the diary are still a done deal although some jobs run over (we are only human), this does happen and even waiting on supplies can cause issues (mainly FedEx 🙄). We aim to hit targets the best we can.
We do get cancellations and no shows for various reasons and there is a list of people we keep to hand who can fill the dates so you can drop lucky.

Another point we need to make is payments. At the time of booking we have had to add at least 50% down deposit on builds. This is for 2 reasons.

1 - it allows us to keep the business running, have your timber/ hardware/ carpet etc in time for your build and stick to a timeline.

2 - it shows you are serious about turning up.
We have had 2 none payers in the past (which we haven’t forgot about and will be dealt with). This has spoilt it for everyone and we work on trust. We do our very best to do the best we can on the vans that turn up, sometimes mistakes happen or issues arise, but we put 100% into every van. To not get paid at the end seriously affects us and the lads that have put hard work in especially when we work 7 day weeks, not seeing family or getting home when the kids are in bed.

With that said above thanks to the 99.8% genuine people that have pushed us on and keep the constant variety coming through the door. Just now we have a return customer with van 8 or 9 that’s come back which is amazing and from 1000 miles away in France so that says it all!

For any bookings your best bet for fast reply is what’s app: 07772 318274

Or turn up (if you are local or passing) and show us your ideas?

Thanks
Scott

We had Abz in a while back from Birmingham with his Vauxhall Movano van. This was basically a shell when it landed. There was so much to integrate into his build we had to space it out in between other jobs which seemed like forever. Anyway it was finally done not long ago, everything was added to how he wanted it so that’s the main thing. Had that many pictures over the weeks I just thought it was right to add the finished ones. Big thanks to everyone that helped and get this in the road. It’s not a van that would suit many but it suits Abz and that is the main thing! Thanks for the work and good luck with your move. 😉

By the way this is the last ‘camper’ style van we will be getting involved in so don’t ask 🤣. We are sticking to the normal stuff. Bookings from September onwards now and already booking jobs in for 2027 diary

Jack came back yet again from J Tech to have yet more additional items in his van, this time some storage for his various trays of screws/nuts/bolts etc. It was a dead bit of space that could easily be filled and this gives Jack a little more storage and makes things more efficient when working out the back of the van or needing parts to hand fast. I have no idea what he will come up with next but thanks for the work and hope it helps you out on your daily jobs a little easier 👍🏼

With everyone panicking to get legal for July 1st onwards with the new European Tacho rules you’re going to be spending a lot more time in your van.

Sleeping across your seats is no way of life and majority of you want to keep your van and load close so why not look into having a bed fitted?

We can make it to whatever height and depth you require, we insulate around the bed area, board it out, carpet it, add lighting and a charge point for your phone. We can even add additional things like halo roofs, maxxfans, bed storage and lower bed storage to house cool boxes and equipment.
Whatever you think of we can generally add it into the mix even adding a custom mattress and a set of pillows.

We are always booking ahead and at the moment the 2-3 months we have a solid diary with various day to day builds, projects and show vehicles. We do have people cancel on us as that’s the way things go, change of plans, work commitments etc so you can drop lucky sometimes.

Paul Talbot from Warrington came to us with this brand new MAN TGE 180 4x4 straight from the dealership. Paul has big plans for this van but the first job was to get it in for a bed. We made this with just enough clearance to fit his toolbox below. The rest of the van is going to have racking.
This one had an enclosed side, blue halo and spots with front section of the bulkhead wrapped. Not a huge bed but it gives Paul an option to get his head down in between jobs if he needs it. Thanks again was good to meet you and look forward to seeing it done 👍🏼

Steve from Solihull came to us with his new Nissan Townstar. This was such a great van to work on. We insulated it throughout adding ply window panels and also a 2 section roof. Steve wanted to keep the factory plastics untouched so we ended up bonding timbers to roof and then boarding onto them. We also added a 9mm floor to keep it level with the step plastics and Steve opted to have the floor lined to match the sides. This will not be used for work, more of a hobby so he will be able to look after the inside of this van. Thanks for the work Steve hope you enjoy the van 👍🏼
