This T2 didn’t actually look that bad when it first came in. It was only when we started digging that you can see the true extent and depth of the rust.

Complex repairs around the window apertures, which had to be perfect to the millimetre otherwise the glass just wouldn’t go back in.

An amazing transformation we completed on the rusty tailgate of this beautiful 1971 Volvo 145.
For this year and model, the tailgate was irreplaceable, even with the internet and all its resources there were none to be found.
This meant that as rust specialists we got to do what we love the most.

Thanks to Excel Windscreen Services for removal and refit of glass and surround as they are pretty impossible to replace

A couple of pics of the T25, no longer white and definitely no rust, couple of windows to go back in and good to go. 3 months of work but very pleased with the result
