📣 A quick notice to all customers

As Motoworx gets busier, it won’t always be me answering the phone.

If you call and it’s another one of my team that answers, please speak to them — They’re there to help with bookings, invoices, drop-offs, collections and any general enquiries.

I’m spending a lot of time returning calls for things that could have been dealt with straight away, and that takes me away from the workshop.

Rest assured, it’s still me carrying out all the work on your vehicles. I just need to spend more time on the tools and less time on the phone.

Thanks for your understanding and continued support, Elliot 🔧

Last year I had a lot of enquiries for prom drop offs, so much so that I ended up not being able to fit everyone in! So this year I have decided that I will be opening my diary for them in my evenings and weekends if required. I know previously I have done this FOC however, please remember that by doing this I am losing out on spending time with my own family… I have tried my best to keep prices as low as I can to help people out.

Hi guys, just a quick post, I am currently away in Turkey till May 5th 🇹🇷

Phone is still being answered during the week by a few good friends who I share my unit with. They will book anyone in that needs work planning for when I'm back, any jobs that need doing asap, they may be able to assist with. Please bear with the phone as they are busy with their own work, but rest assured they will do their best to get back in touch asap!

Thanks for your patience and support soon be back on the spanner's after some well needed down time 🌞
