As most of my customers know, I operate this business purely by myself, I work 7 days, someday's are 10hour shifts others are 14+ , I do this to try and keep up with the work load and keep people on the road but its inevitable that im not going to make it to everyone, and i do let some people down, I will help anyone out anyway I can, I dont mind buying parts and fixing your vehicle and taking payment a few weeks later if it keeps your car on the road and helps you out till payday, but there's a few certain customers that haven't paid me for near 2 months, I get this time of year is hard for a lot of people, but doing what I do is stressful enough without having to waste time chasing payments up, I dont want to have to name and shame people on social media but this is the way its going unfortunately, USE KNOW WHO YOU ARE.!!!! instead of ignoring my calls and texts it would be alot easier and less stressful on both sides if you just deal with it, im an easy going person, if it was a few hundred £'s then I could let it go but its near 2k. its just excuses im getting, ive had all sorts of sob stories and im now done with all and anyones bu****it, people are taking my kindness for weakness and its not on anymore. so from now use have 2 weeks to make payment or your car will be dragged onto a truck and stored till you pay your bill, will also be billed for the uplift and charged storage everyday aswell as paying me for the parts I bought and time spent fitting them, so i would advise to get my payments sent over ASAP, what i dont get with some people is if they use a garage they dont get there car till the bill is paid, I come to u, supply parts do the job then im asked if they can pay at a later date, not usually am issue..., when us mobile mechanics are doing a job for u, we expect payment on completion of the job same way you would do at a garage. We dont want to rock up and fix your s**t for you to then say ill send u over a payment later to still be chasing that payment in 2 weeks time, because you would rather get your nails or hair done or gamble all your money at the bookies or sniff it up your nose!...
When I complete a job from now on I want paid there and then unless arrangements have been made between us then there's no issue, if you get me out to supply and fit parts then tell me you will pay later, thats cool you will get your key back later, i will go to further extent if your bold like the wee guy last week, telling me he has a spare key so keep the key, No problem buddy, ill just remove your 2 front wheels aswell then so when you can afford to pay I'llbe back with your wheels and key, funnily enough he found the money within 10minutes.... dont let this be you, stuck without a vehicle over xmas, call me instead of ignoring me or blocking my number we can sort something out,... this post isn't aimed at everyone, just a few certain customers that always take the rip.
