Vauxhall Astra 1.6 CDTI in for timing chain due to rattling as well as oil pressure problems

Timing chain is at the gearbox side on this engine so rather alot of components to remove, once everything removed found one of the timing chain guides damaged and the bits of broken guide sucked into the oil pick up pipe blocking it up, removed all debris and carried out timing chain replacement

Supplied + fitted

Timing chain kit
Oil pump chain kit
Oil + filter
Coolant
Sealer
All necessary gaskets + bolts + seals
Clutch kit (due to wear)
