It's been a while since we’ve posted, but we've been hard at work behind the scenes. We've been focusing on delivering trade work, and now we’re excited to share that we’re rebranding!

Ford Ranger callout for AdBlue troubles... Lovely big truck these but known for there AdBlue problems due to harness's rubbing on the chassis. Nice easy in & out job for us. Autotuner via OBD we got this ECU read, edited and wrote back within the hour. All done conveniently at the customers business premises.

A little boost in power with a stage 1 base tune also:

Stock: 148bhp
Mapped: 187bhp

Stock Torque: 277 lb/ft
Mapped Torque: 306 lb/ft

Renault Traffic suffering with AdBlue issues and presenting a no-start message. These are equipped with the latest generation of "tuneable" ECU's the Bosch MD1 series. A couple tuning companies were unable to complete this job then we were called. ECU removed and connected to Autotuner in 20 mins. Van back on the road with a fuel economy remap too.

Whilst we are able to achieve around +70bhp we opted for a a little extra power while also saving the customer on fuel.

Stock: 120bhp
Mapped: 144bhp (eco map)

Stock Torque: 236 lb/ft
Mapped Torque: 271 lb/ft

BMW 1 Series for a stage 1 base map, we went out to this customer to fix a rather sluggish feeling car. Sitting at just 114bhp this 1 series is capable of more. Infact a 58% increase with a good quality a stage 1 remap.

Stock Torque: 192 lb/ft
Mapped Torque: 292 lb/ft

Alfa Romeo Giulietta in for a couple of fault code deletes along with a base stage 1 remap.

Lovely Audi SQ5 for a good friend, nice simple stage 1 for this one with a little extra magic. Couple hours of data logging and road testing and we took this diesel beast from 313bhp to 360bhp! combine that with 650nm upto 730nm this big bus can move!

BMW x5 came down to us for a stage 1 remap with AdBlue fix. There were several can bus and flex ray faults so we got to work on that first, missing comms between several modules including the TCM. After some digging on the can high and low networks we did find the fault module causing these issues and got one ordered and fitted. We then finished this one off with our Stage 1 custom tune along with AdBlue fix.

Passat 2.0L CR variant. EGR problems... Car going into limp mode due to an EGR fault. Customer just wanted the car back on the road asap. We blanked and mapped this one out along with a base stage 1 remap.

Citroen Berlingo suffering with AdBlue no start countdown... Being a work van the customer needed this fixed asap and called us out. Even with plenty warning (700miles) its easy to let that get to 0 miles and end up in a no start condition when out on the road for work. Fixed within 15 mins of arrival and no more dreaded AdBlue faults.

Lovely Volkswagen T6 callout job for an AdBlue countdown problem. With less than 15 miles until no-start the customer needed this fixed asap. We were able to carry out out solution along with a stage 1 base map bringing this T6 from 150bhp to 195bhp & 251 lb/ft to 334lb/ft

Lovely Ibiza FR 1.0L 93bhp. We popped out to carry out our stage 1 remap on this. After an initial road test and some data logging we got this one up to around 133bhp & 165 lb/ft. Nothing to grumble at here coming in at less than 100bhp stock..

Range Rover Evoque - Suffering from AdBlue & DPF issues... Not a hassle for us, partnered with the customer on this one to remove the DPF for "cleaning" and we did the software fix for the AdBlue & DPF, back on the road with no problems at all.
