Genuine enquiry from someone today, regarding his fridge not getting cold. Went through the usual questions, is it level etc ?, all seemed fine, then he says ' I've turned the thermostat down to no 1, do you think that might have something to do with it?"

In Dawlish today. Customer had a problem with a battery charger when they had the caravan serviced by someone else. Told it would need a replacement at £hundreds! I had a look, really helps if you turn it on !!
