The green paint from the machine manufacturer had failed and was looking washed out, so we re-done the canopy, safety bars and side doors under warranty to get this machine back to looking fresh off the line.

Another new body build colour matched to the cab! 🔥
Great to see our regular bodybuilder customer in today to collect this brand new DAF soon to be ready for the end user.
The body was washed, prepped and primed then sprayed using solid Sikkens LV352 for a precise, colour match to the cab. Unbeatable shine, maximum durability, and another quality job out the gates.

From Bright to Bold! 🚛✨
We finished this Scania a couple of weeks ago, and the results speak for themselves. This truck came to us in bright yellow and blue, but after some expert preparation and repairs and a fresh coat of paint in the customer's chosen colours, it’s looking as good as new.
​What we did:
Full cab strip, prep, fill and respray in this stunning deep blue.
Chassis stripped, washed and shot blasted and repainted in classic Chassis Grey.

This DAF came to us after the customer had already fitted new replacement parts. To take it to the next level and get it looking uniform and into the customers spec, we:
🔺​Stripped the new components back down.
🔺​Painted them in them into the customs high-gloss black and cream finish.
🔺​Refitted everything for that seamless, premium look.
​It’s all in the details. Whether it’s a minor fix or a full custom paint job, we make sure every truck leaves the shop looking its absolute best.

​We’ve just finished another colour-coding session for a regular customer. It’s amazing how much a bit of paint on the plastics can change the stance of these Scanias.
​Back on the road and looking 10/10. Always a pleasure when a customer trusts us with their next vehicle!
