A complete accident repair/recovery service with insurance and major fleet accreditations and approvals. Out with the blue in with the green 🟢🟩
Before this Scania arrived, it was stickered and blue. Now, it’s destickered, the white is polished to perfection, and all the blue areas are now in a sharp new green to the customers specification!

We have a vacancy for a shot blaster to work with commercial vehicles, including vans, HGV's, trailers, fridges, tractor units, plant machinery and equipment in our purpose-built shotblasting booth. The vacancy is available for an immediate start.

Duties to include but not limited to:
Stripping Commercial Vehicles
Masking
Shot blasting commercial vehicles / machinery / parts / chassis etc
Fabrication of commercial body and chassis components
Rebuilding
Trimming
Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping standards in own area.
Hours : Guaranteed 40 hours per week - 08.00 – 16.30 Monday to Friday.
Overtime is generally available, paid at time + half, mid-week and Saturday's.
On-site free parking.

One from a fleet refurb we are carrying out at Munro. From chassis to finish, this trailer has received the full treatment. We take pride in our process:
A full shot blast of the chassis followed by priming and painting to ensure long-lasting protection against the elements. The body was thoroughly prepped, repaired, and painted before the final livery was applied. We even fabricated a new rear light bar with fresh lights.

Another full transformation back to a regular customer! 🚛✨
This DAF arrived as a plain white cab on a grey chassis, but it’s left us looking incredible in full red with the fantastic sign writing.
​Here’s what went into this job:
Chassis: Fully shot-blasted, prepped, primed and painted.
Cab: Stripped right back, prepped, repairs completed, primed, and resprayed.
Finish: After heading off for custom sign writing and scrollwork, it returned to us for lacquer to seal in that stunning sign writing and high-gloss shine.

Check out this vehicle makeover we recently finished here in the Paint shop. We took this Ford Transit dropside from its old blue and yellow fleet livery and gave it a clean, striking green transformation.

Warranty work. 🟢
The green paint from the machine manufacturer had failed and was looking washed out, so we re-done the canopy, safety bars and side doors under warranty to get this machine back to looking fresh off the line.

Another new body build colour matched to the cab! 🔥
Great to see our regular bodybuilder customer in today to collect this brand new DAF soon to be ready for the end user.
The body was washed, prepped and primed then sprayed using solid Sikkens LV352 for a precise, colour match to the cab. Unbeatable shine, maximum durability, and another quality job out the gates.

We matched the new body to the existing cab using a high-quality base coat and premium lacquer finish. The result is a perfect, seamless look from front to back that’s built to last.

From Bright to Bold! 🚛✨
We finished this Scania a couple of weeks ago, and the results speak for themselves. This truck came to us in bright yellow and blue, but after some expert preparation and repairs and a fresh coat of paint in the customer's chosen colours, it’s looking as good as new.
​What we did:
Full cab strip, prep, fill and respray in this stunning deep blue.
Chassis stripped, washed and shot blasted and repainted in classic Chassis Grey.
