LGS Modular are a new innovative company based in Dromore Co. Tyrone, specialising in the design & build of energy efficient, healthy, offsite build modular spaces, using light gauge steel as its primary structure. We design, engineer, build and deliver light gauge steel structures (that last a lifetime!) for customers and clients all over the Island of Ireland and beyond. Our buildings are used as office space, granny annex homes, holiday homes, Garden rooms and home extensions. Our aim is to provide quality, healthy, energy efficient, high end spaces at an affordable price. We achieve this by using high levels of insulation, air tightness, air quality systems and sustainable materials. -> Electrical Installation Certification

-> Minor Electrical Works Certification
