Bentley's magnificent Continental sports saloon has been synonymous with effortless high speed cruising in the grand manner since its introduction on the R-Type chassis in 1952.

Unlike the ordinary, factory-bodied, 'standard steel' R-Type, the Continental was bodied in the traditional manner and first appeared with what many enthusiasts consider to be the model's definitive style of coachwork - the lightweight, wind tunnel-developed fastback of H J Mulliner.

A very rare Aston Martin DB4 GT that's with us for full restoration: The DB4 GT was a special lightweight, high-performance version of the DB4. Introduced in September 1959, it featured enclosed headlights and a thinner aluminium skin for lighter weight. The wheelbase was also reduced in comparison to the standard car, which resulted in many cars not being fitted with rear seats.

A few photos of a Bentley that is currently with us for body restoration. The car is being restored by our friends at . The attention to detail is truly remarkable.

Also there are some more photos of the Jaguar E-Type; we are now stripping out the soundproofing and cleaning the interior ready for paint.

Work continues on the Jaguar Series 1 Coupe after a short Christmas break. Still more bodywork repairs to carry out but it's starting to take shape
