📢 JOB UPDATE: BMW 520d Touring – Full Engine Rebuild + Turbo Replacement

This BMW 520d came in with severe running issues, power loss and turbo failure – so we carried out a complete engine rebuild plus a brand new turbo, done properly from start to finish:

✅ Full engine strip-down, deep clean and precision inspection of every part
✅ Worn components replaced with high-quality OEM-spec parts – pistons, rings, bearings, seals and all gaskets
✅ New turbocharger fitted, with all pipes, fittings and seals renewed
✅ Reassembled to exact manufacturer tolerances, with all new fluids and filters
✅ Full testing, system checks and road validation before handover

No shortcuts, just proper workmanship. It’s now smooth, responsive, and performing exactly as it should – ready for the road ahead.

📢 JOB UPDATE: MERCEDES GLB 200 – COMPLETE ENGINE REBUILD

We’re pleased to share a recent full engine rebuild we completed on this GLB 200 – a job we took great care over from start to finish.

When this vehicle arrived, we found significant internal wear that ruled out a simple repair. Instead of fitting a replacement unit, we carried out a full, thorough rebuild:
✅ Full engine strip-down & deep clean of every component
✅ Precision inspection of all parts – replacing worn pistons, rings, bearings, seals & gaskets with high-quality OEM-spec parts
✅ Re-bore, resurface & pressure test all critical components
✅ Reassemble to exact manufacturer tolerances
✅ Fit all new fluids, filters & service items
✅ Full system calibration, start-up checks & extended road test

We took the time to do it right – no shortcuts, just proper workmanship. The engine now runs quietly, smoothly, and performs exactly as it was designed to – just like leaving the factory.

Engine rebuilds take skill and care, but they’re often the most cost-effective way to get your vehicle back on the road with peace of mind. If you’re unsure whether to repair, rebuild or replace – just ask us for honest, no-pressure advice.

🔧 Message us or drop a comment if you’d like to talk through any vehicle issues you’re having.
