I had this Old Skool Japanese luxury arm chair in today! This thing had everything in it, TVs DVD player, cooler, massage seats, the lot! The customer has owned this car for over 10 years and by his daughters admission, is his absolute pride and joy. In all honesty, its not a car I can ever recollect seeing before, but it’s definitely cool!

The customer’s daughter is one of my regular maintenance customers, so naturally got the nod to go all in on a deep clean. 20 year old beige leather, carpets and interiors are usually a challenge, and this one was no different. It’s impossible to get perfection, so it was about making significant improvement on the old fabrics and textiles. Im really happy with this one.

Additionally, Ive recommended a headlight restoration, which i can do and will get it booked in, in the next few weeks and bring those hazy headlights back to life.

Another Landy maintenance boxed off for a month. I’ve been looking after this since it was new, and it still looks as good as it did when it rolled off the production line. Land Rover paint can be a bit of a pain to upkeep, particularly in black due to it being very soft, and because of this they tend to swirl and scratch. But with the right products, equipment and wash methods. It can still be kept looking as good as this wash after wash.

I actually did this Insignia SRI about 3 weeks ago, but I’ve been a little lax with social media recently.

The SRI came in for a premium valet, but was as close to a deep clean as the customer could possibly get without breaking out the steam and spot cleaner and other deep clean equipment. The customer and I talked about some future work, with the potential of at least a paint correction and possibly a ceramic coating.

This was one of those jobs where it was about knowing where to stop. The customer was over the moon with the outcome, but I could’ve easily spent another day tinkering. But thats the pressure I put was on myself for perfection. Ohhh and I forgot to do the after interior pictures 🤦🏻

A little bit of something different…

I’m a car geek first and foremost, so it was nice morning in Shaw, Oldham. Shaw and Crompton Council put on a small classic car show on around this time every year. It’s great to see some of these old timers getting out and about.

I managed to give out a few business cards, as I saw a good few I’d like to get my hands on and was interviewed about the business by a local influencer. It’s become very clear that I’ve only got a face for radio! Haha 🥹

Nevertheless, a great opportunity to talk cars and advertise.

Quick upload today. This one was a pretty straight forward job. I’ve been keeping this lovely Volvo looking it best through regular maintenance. The customer had been debating having the car coated since she picked it up brand new from the dealership. Luckily she kept her money in her pocket at the time and bought a far superior coating through me. Additionally, those maintenance washes will be much easier to keep on top of from now on. Wellllll we’re back, kinda. It’s been a while since I posted because life has been lifing teally hard recently. The beloved work wagon died a few weeks back, so I had to reschedule appointments or divert them to the unit, which wasn’t easy with an already packed diary. Amongst all of the chaos this lovely and super rare in model and colour Hyundai I30N Fastback came in for the works. With the customer having it from new, he thought it deserved to feel new again after 7 years ownership. On arrival, the grey hid the swirls exceptionally well, but under lights, the paint condition wasn’t the best, despite the car being so well cared for.

Fast forward to the next day and we had beautifully glossy, healthy and corrected paint. The customer opted for a 4 year Titan Apex One coating on the body and wheels. The windows were coated in Titan Hyper Glass and the grey trims with Gtechnic C4. In addition, the customer has opted for monthly maintenance too, just to keep the fastback looking the business.

Last week, I had the pleasure of working on this exquisite Bentley. As the vehicle had recently undergone a complete repaint, it required a final flat and polish to uphold the ethos of ensuring perfection before leaving the shop.

While silver is not typically my preferred color, this one just got better and better as the project developed over two days, particularly given the impressive final result. This Continental GT will be available for purchase at a prestige dealership shortly, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in this model.

We love a good back to front post.

This very low mileage S3 8V came to needing some pretty significant correction. The owner had just bought it and wanted to give his ownership the best possible start. The car had been looked after well by its previous owner, but had seen a fair few scratch and shine car washes in it’s time.

With some intensive correction, followed by a 4 year coating, this S3 is back to looking its best. The customer has since opted for a fortnightly maintenance wash to keep it looking fresh.

I completed this lovely Ranger about 3 weeks ago, and this is vehicle number 9 from these customers. This new purchase is their new daily work horse, but as always 1st impressions are everything as large business.

The Ranger had a staged correction and a 4 year coating. Greys tend to hide scratches and swirls really well, but under the right lighting can really show the imperfections, with this one being no different. This job was finished with an engine bay clean, interior valet and some surface rust coverage under the arches and chassis.
