Audi RS3 in for a fuel leak- using an inspection camera we found cylinder 4 injector to be the fault.

Awaiting seals and gaskets to get this monster back on the road 🛣️

🚐 Peugeot Partner – Major Engine Repair Update 🔧

Update on the Peugeot Partner that came in with timing chain problems. After full strip-down and inspection, the following work has now been completed:

✅ New camshaft carrier fitted
✅ Brand new camshafts installed
✅ New timing components fitted and correctly timed
✅ 2 x new injectors fitted
✅ Full reassembly with new seals & gaskets
✅New Rocker Arms x16
✅New Hydraulic Lifters x16
✅New Valves x16

This type of failure shows why timing issues should never be ignored — worn or stretched timing components can quickly lead to serious internal engine damage. Catching it early can be the difference between a repair and a full engine replacement.

The engine is now being carefully reassembled, checked, and prepared for final testing before being returned to the customer.

🚐 Peugeot Partner – Timing Chain Problems Diagnosed & Stripped Down 🔧

This Peugeot Partner came into Diesel Automotive with serious running issues caused by timing chain failure. Once stripped down, the internal damage told the full story.

Timing chain problems on these engines can lead to:
⚠️ Rattling or knocking noises
⚠️ Poor running / misfires
⚠️ Engine warning lights
⚠️ Loss of timing causing internal engine damage

In this case, we carried out a full strip-down to assess the extent of the damage, inspecting pistons, valves, camshafts and timing components to determine the most cost-effective repair route for the customer.

🚗 Toyota C-HR – Clutch Replacement Completed at Diesel Automotive 🔧

Another clutch job done and dusted! This Toyota C-HR came in with slipping, juddering and difficulty getting into gear. After removing the gearbox, it was clear why…the old clutch was completely worn out compared to the new unit.

What we carried out:
