Maclennans brand new Fiat van with check brakes warning on dash ⚠️

Being a brand new van with only 10,000 miles we found it hard to believe it was needing pads already. Luckily we spotted the issue quite quickly. The wear sensor lead was rubbing on the caliper which had broken through and shorted out. Small repair carried out to the wire and away back to work 💪.

We recovered this one in as a non start with suspected starter motor issue. Stripped down for inspection and bench test. The fault was quickly found. 👌

New starter supplied and fitted.

Helping the neighbours this morning..

Rear brake caliper seized on and tyre blew out. Quick response from our team to get the driver back on the road. Handbrake freed off and new tyre fitted all at the roadside 💪.
