Another successful winter delivery by OCMarine. This time we were on the Amazing SE Yachts Arcona 435 Checkmate.

Oban to Torquay with no stops, 516nm in four days. The maximum sustained winds were 40kts but thankfully not for too long.

Despite the predominantly SW winds which predicated a lot of upwind sailing the boat ate up the miles. We were regularly going upwind with boat speeds in excess of 9 kts.

Highlights apart from the boat were sunrises, sunsets, Dolphins and Chicken Dhansak!
