📋 The Role & Duties
This is a highly varied, practical role. You will be working closely with our experienced team, assisting in all aspects of our busy boatyard operations.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Boat Handling: Assisting in the slipping and launching of boats, as well as moving vessels safely within the yard and sheds.
Rigging Support: Handling masts and associated equipment.
Maintenance: Assisting with general repairs and maintenance on customers' boats, as well as looking after our own yard machinery.
Yard Duties: Keeping the yard safe, tidy, and running smoothly.
For the right candidate we would provide full training on our machinery with the possibility of specialising in a specific marine trade.
