After a solid 28,000miles on the Vredestein Comtrac 2 - time to upgrade for the sh*te weather making a comeback.

Davanti TerraToura - similar to the BFGs at nearly half the price per tyre!

Looks cool, and the raise white lettering (RWL) to boot!

Should keep me moving over the North Yorkshire Moors when the rain and snow come back!

And it looks as if plenty of life remains in the old tyres, which is right - and due to regular tyre rotations, alignment and camber set properly, but with an upcoming MOT, it would be awkward having an advisory on tyres!

Spending multiple hours on the road daily, means I sit in a lot of traffic staring out the window.

Tend to see a lot of “gangsters” so I thought I’d extend my marketing strategy.. surrons, bikes and quads - but seems to be exceptionally quiet this week… make sure your tyres are up to scratch to give you a better chance of a getaway!

Also, when dressing up to go out on the rob - make sure you don’t inadvertently dress like Peters homemade suit from Spider-Man 1. You look like a bellend. Get a grip.

Tons of jobs to do, but not a lot of pictures to show.

Don’t let the lack of my content make you believe Get a Grip is in summer hibernation. Take it as a plus that I’m simply so busy I can’t be arsed to take photos!

Anyhow, here’s a small collection of some jobs completed in the areas of coverage recently.

Plenty of fleet work, plenty of one off customers and many returning customers being kept Grippy.

Friday flyin!

Starting in Darlington - Bedale, RAF Leeming (not pictured), Catterick Garrison and ending in Guisborough!

Two tyres removed from a T6.1 and fitted to a set of BRAND NEW Rotiform OZR's.

A pair of tyres for a Nissan Juke - upon removal to find A HOUSE KEY that caused the puncture.

Two tyres for a Renault Megane.

One tyre repair on a Range Rover Evoque in Catterick Garrison caused by an allen key.

And finalising with a tyre replacement for Synergy Scaffolding, prior to being loaded up for work tomorrow!
