🚗 Ford Fiesta 1.25 Zetec – Clutch Replacement 🔧
This Ford Fiesta came into the workshop with a worn-out clutch that had definitely seen better days!
Thankfully, these are one of the more straightforward clutch replacements, with the driveshafts, gearbox mounts and a few other components needing to be removed before the gearbox can come out. 🛠️

The old clutch was completely worn out and, unbelievably, it actually failed as we drove the car onto the lift! 😅 Talk about perfect timing—any longer and this customer could easily have been left stranded.
With the gearbox removed, we fitted a brand-new clutch kit, reinstalled the gearbox, and refilled it with fresh transmission oil to ensure everything operates smoothly. ✅
To finish the job, we gave the engine bay a clean so the car left the workshop looking just as good as it drives. ✨
Another quality repair completed and another customer back on the road with smooth gear changes and a clutch that's ready for many more miles. 👍
🔧 If your clutch is slipping, biting high, making noises or becoming difficult to operate, don't leave it until it fails completely—get it checked before you're left stranded.
