We are seeking an experienced engine fitter to join our professional workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting and testing reconditioned engines and components ensuring that all work meets the company’s standards of accuracy and performance. Key Responsibilities

The engine fitter will assemble and fit reconditioned engines, cylinder heads and associated components to specifications. Hello we are looking for an engine reconditioner, please read the description and contact us if you are interested.
We are looking for a motivated individual with an interest in internal combustion engines. Engine reconditioning and hands-on machining to join our team. This role involves reconditioning cylinder heads, performing head skimming/facing and working with lathes, mills, boring machines, and crankshaft equipment.

· Operate and maintain older machinery, including lathes, mills, and boring equipment.

· Uphold high standards of precision and quality in all work.

· A strong interest in internal combustion engines and mechanical work.

· Basic knowledge of and experience with engine reconditioning, head skimming/facing, cutting valve seats, crankshaft grinding etc.

· Willingness to learn and work with older machines.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.

· Able to speak, read and write in English.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as a part of a team.
