It was a bit of a last minute thing, but we’re glad we went. The weather stayed fine and we saw a few familiar faces, which was nice.

➡️ Following on from the recent run of U -shaped seating / bed arrangements we’ve been making, this set was made in the customer’s own fabric in a dinette stylee.

It seems increasingly more campervan owners are moving away from the “traditional” Rock and Roll bed and instead are opting to have a U-shaped seating and bedding arrangement, the main benefit of this being more room in bed at night! But there’re other reasons to go U-shaped...

☺️It’s always a pleasure to help campervan owners become “happy campers” and create the upholstery / reupholstery they’ve been dreaming of.

Lovely couple Sean and Claire came to us at the end of last year wanting some U-shaped seating for their VWT5 campervan. We created brand new upholstery for the frame they had had made, in black vinyl with yellow stitching – to match the van’s yellow paintwork. Sean and Claire were very happy with the result, so naturally, we were very happy too.

⏱️ Fast forward to about a week ago, and they came back to us to have their 2 front seats retrimmed to match the back. Black vinyl, yellow single Bentley style stitching and we’re delighted that they’re both once again happy with the quality of our work and we wish them both many happy adventures ahead in their camper.
