VW 1.9 Pd130 ASZ good spec bare engine for sale with a port and polished cylinder head witch has been skimmed and new valve stem seals fitted with all valves lapped back in fitted with standard springs the pistons bowls also have been touched witch have been ported out from 40mm to 42mm with a smooth finish the whole engine got a deep clean and flush though then built back up with a 3 hole head gasket and pd150 head bolts.

Standard refurbished VW pd130 ASZ bare engine rebuilt with new gaskets and pd150 head bolts.

The head has had a deep clean, inspection with a skim and all valves lapped back in and fitted with all new valve stem seals and standard springs.

Bottom end has had a deep clean and inspection for and wear and damage on the shells, bearings and rings and pistons. ( parts changed wear necessary

Vauxhall vivaro in today the rear brake line and flexi hose replacement as it fails mot the customer wanted all the lines complete changing and all flexible hoses all the way around as they was all perishing and a complete flush of the system and all bleed up with new brake fluid.

We had this Skoda Fabia VRS come to us witch the customer wanted a engine building to a high spec witch included a full strip down and inspection of the engine for any wear or damage. The cylinder head got ported and polished with a piped 272 camshaft fitted for better performance . The piston also got ported and polished out from 40mm to 42mm for lower compression and Reliability. Then engine got built with all new seals, gaskets, washers, shells, bolts and pd150 head bolts.

We had this vw caddy 2011 1.6 diesel CAYD come to us with a locked up engine due to a rocker snapping causing catastrophic failure within the engine. A low mileage second hand engine was supplied witch got a full strip down to be inspected, tested, cleaned, and decarbonised. It got a full cylinder head skim and rebuilt with new valve stem seals and cam seal. The engine got rebuilt with a new full engine gasket kit, seals, bolts, timing belts + oil pump belt and 4 new injectors. Once the engine was fitted all the injectors where programmed and tested in the system and a whole system checked over. The van also got a full valetinside out.

Mk4 golf pd130 came to me with broken valve stem seals which caused oil to pass though the Valve into the cylinder causing it to burn oil. So the customer wanted the engine stripping down and inspecting for any more damage or wear. Once the strip down was complete the customer wanted to suply some uprated parts and wanted the engine modifying so we started by cleaning up and giving it a slight port and polishing on the cylinder head the customer also resquested for the piston bowls to be ported out from 40mm to 42mm and once everything was cleaned painted and inspected the engine started to be put back together will and new gasket, bolts and seals. Once the engine was complete we cleaned all the engine bay down and fitted the new engine in while fitting the new engine and the front end we simplified all the systems down where we could to keep the engine bay tidy. once the work was all done it was sent of for mapping and made 250bhp

Had this 1.9 pd130 come to me with the customer wanting it stripping down with all parts tested, visually inspected and cleaned with some modifications added:
port and polished cylinder head tested and skimmed
Pd150 head bolts
42mm piston bowls
Skilla 272 cam shaft
120% injectors
Uprated injector clamps
Gtb2260 with tubular manifold 
Oversized inlet manifold also ported out
3 inch intake pipe
New timing belt
All new engine gasket kit
All part picked by the customer for there set up
