This 2014 Audi A3 came in with reports of no hot air coming from the vents. A check over of the cooling system confirmed there was no coolant flow through the heater matrix. Upon removal it was confirmed it was completely blocked. Fortunately, despite still being a very involved job it did not require the dash to be removed to replace. New heater core installed and now back up to scratch

This 2.5 VW Transporter visited us after the battery kept going flat and the battery warning light showing on the dash. It required a new alternator which on this is located in a strange place requiring the front end to be removed.

This 2013 Audi A1 was recovered in for clutch failure, pedal was stuck to the floor. After some investigation the slave cylinder was suspected to be the culprit, which on this car required the gearbox to be removed. Once removed removed a pool of fluid was found inside the gearbox which confirmed our suspicions. Customer also requested the timing belt be changed as they had no previous history of replacement.
