BMW 850I in for in house unlock + Stage 1 tuning 🤌🏼

With AutoTuners recent protocol which allows the new BMW platforms to be unlocked without sending the ECU off, this means we can charge a much more reasonable price whilst it being done the same day instead of waiting 3+ days!

Customer also opted for sound tuning adjustments to top it off after having exhaust work done recently elsewhere.
He will be back to us for some exhaust work to make it sound naughty 👌🏻

530bhp -> 650bhp
750nm -> 880nm

These have so much potential left on the table from factory and a stage 1 without any mods involved shows this potential!

Abarth 595 Pista for Stage 1 Tuning

This was running 99ron which allowed us to tune this without worries of fuel quality.

Huge volume in both power and torque curves especially in the mid range.
Logs spot on with 1.45bar and tailed off to give huge mid range without straining the turbo and giving it as much boost as possible till redline.

This was a night and day difference on the road with a nice strong pull through the rev range whilst remaining linear and not just lighting the tyres up in lower gears.

We have tuned countless 2.5Ts and this is a very minuscule amount of them! These really do have to be looked after and to make strong solid figures, need to be done correctly. When they are done correctly, they make very good figures, when corners are cut, we run into many problems 🤦🏼‍♂️😂 These are our bread and butter and have been doing endless amounts of these for years now whether that’s stage 1, stage 2 with bigger injectors or hybrid/rs turbos. If you’re planning on getting your 2.5T tuned by us, do not try and cut corners and cheap out on parts whether that’s second hand injectors and so on. This creates a headache for both parties and we hate when we have to tell you that we cannot tune it or it’s made 50bhp less than you were hoping. Apart from this, when they are done correctly they are amazing to work with! If you own a 2.5T and are hesitant or do not know what modifications you need to make the power you want, do feel free to drop us a message and we can advise further!

We have spent numerous hours on the EA888 platform with development including our own cars. This has led to us producing very nice power curves focusing on peak torque further in the rev range as opposed to whacking peak torque early in the rpm and it dying off. This has got to be one of our best platforms to tune and one big reason is due to the vehicles not being problematic and having issues! Whether we are tuning these with no mods, or a hybrid turbo they are just as fun to tune no matter what! With us developing this platform so much and producing solid figures, we have seen an influx of other tuners from different continents requesting tunes. This was a milestone and we are proud to serve consistent tunes for this platform 👌🏻

Ford Mondeo 2.5T for Stage 1 Tuning

This Mondeo was completely stock and running 99ron which allowed us to go more on the timing as opposed to if it were running 95ron.

Huge volume between stock and tuned curves with it holding just under peak torque until around 5000rpm before tailing off.

Now at 261.3bhp and 388.2nm and for a big bus it sure does go well 🤌🏼

VW Golf GTI 6MT in for Stage 1 Tuning

This cleanly modified GTI came in to bring some life out of the car!

This was completely stock and running 95ron so the outcome was a very good result.

Making a very healthy 238.4bhp and 381.6nm which is over a fair amount on both bhp and torque, with logs showing no issues at all with 0 timing withdrawal.

Now tuned to a whopping 325.8bhp and 484.2nm and to be honest, i was expecting to end up at around 310-315bhp solely on the fact it was running 95ron.

Setup with linear boost demand, 1to1 throttle demand, Boost by Gear and Anti Tramp adjustments which involves changed based on whether it is raining or not (wiper position)
All of these tied together make the car very fun to drive, maximising grip instead of useless power and going nowhere.

Jaguar F Type 3.0 for Stage 1 tuning!

This was running 99ron fuel which allowed us to not be limited by fuel grade 👌🏻

Coming in stock a little bit lower on bhp than factory quoted gains but slightly higher on torque. These have a horrible dip in the torque curve which once tuned can be refined and smoothened out.

Now producing 397.1bhp and 519.8nm which are delta gains of 71.8bhp and 56.3nm

This drove so much better on the road with it pulling a lot harder and smoother through the rev range all the way till redline.

Customer is already thinking about Stage 2 or even going for pulley upgrades etc 😂

Skoda Fabia 1.2TSI for Custom Tuning.

This fabia had stage 2 mods bar an intercooler and also had a 1.4TSI turbo so this meant that we could push for more power!

This had a big tuning companies tune on when it came in which was excessively withdrawing timing but with us seeing a lot of the files from said company, we aren’t suprised unfortunately 🤦🏼‍♂️.

Looking at their file, heavy amounts of timing added through the rev range with a lot of vital safety limiters raised through the roof.

Now tuned for more power whilst having 0 timing withdrawal through the whole pull with nice volume between both curves making the car a lot more punchy on the road whilst retaining a smooth delivery till redline!
