- Cancellation policy -

We do not ask for a deposit as most of our customers are genuine. But unfortunalty due to a small number of people Im going to have to make a cancellation policy.

1. If you don't turn up for your booking without letting me know at least 24 hours in advance, you are no longer welcome to rearrange.

2. If you cancel your booking twice we will not be booking you in for a third time.

3. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment. We will physically not be able to complete your work as we run to a strict schedule. (If you let us know in advance that you might be running late I'll do my best to move people around)

I'm extremely sorry to have to do this but lately we have had a lot of people let us down on a number of occasions or turn up nearly an hour late.
