JOB OPPORTUNITY
WORKSHOP RECEPTION
To be primary liaison between customers and service department.
Responsible for greeting customers, documenting vehicle issues, estimating costs, booking in vehicles, taking payments keeping reception/waiting areas clean and organised and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
To support the Service Manager in the day to day running of the workshop and to assist other departments as required.
Good interpersonal, communication skills and excellent telephone manner essential.
A basic understanding/knowledge of vehicles as well as IT proficiency desirable.
Full UK driving licence required.
Monday - Friday (+ 1 Saturday per year to assist with stock taking)
8AM start. Hours to be discussed.
