A useful first check is the fingernail test. If your nail doesn’t catch in the scratch, it may only affect the surface. If it catches, a more involved repair could be needed.

"I honestly couldn't be happier with the work New Image have done on my Golf R.

I originally took the car in for bodywork and bumper repairs, but the finished result has gone well beyond what I expected. The quality of the repair and paintwork is excellent and the car looks absolutely fantastic again. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into getting everything right rather than simply doing the minimum required.

What impressed me most was how much the team went above and beyond for me. The whole experience was straightforward, professional and genuinely customer-focused, and the end result speaks for itself.

🍦 The annual New Image Ice Cream Run is back! 🚐☀️

When the sun’s out, there’s only one thing for it… time to get the ice cream van on the road!

Every year, we like to visit our local motor dealer customers and clients around the area, not to collect a vehicle or talk bodywork repairs, but to hand out a few well-earned ice creams. 🍦

It’s our little way of saying "thank you" to the people and businesses who continue to support New Image throughout the year.

As you can see from the video, there weren’t too many complaints about today’s delivery! 😎

A big thank you to all the dealerships and teams who welcomed us, and to Jakes Flakes for helping us keep everyone suitably supplied with ice cream.
