Silicone doesnt belong near a gearbox especially when the correct gaskets are available. Gearbox oil service done to a high standard. Full gearbox oil service done with a brand new genuine gasket after we found silicone all round the sump.

More v6 work this week bongo came in with a extreme oil leak turns out the cam cap number 1 on the rh head had snapped we tried various cam caps to no avail meaning rhe only real option was to replace the cylnder head. This also allowed us to renew the cambelt kit and rocker gaskets and main front oil seals on thr engine

Rusty wishbones if for whatever reason the van needs a new ball joint or maybe a bush and your arm looks like this just dont do it replace it, is my advice these arms are notorious for snapping and who knows how long they had left in them. Not worth the risk new arms job done.

Bongos are literally fantastic little vans aren't they weve just come back from a weekend of fishing me the wife and daughter (our son and his girlfriend stayed in my bivvy we all had a cracking weekend good food good fish just chilling out weve gone for a star link Internet setup to stay connected as we like to stay connected and the daughter loves he YouTube videos šŸ¤£ anyone struggling for Internet coverage when your out and about i do highly recommend it! Did anyone get out this weekend?
