Work completed today on this SWB Ford Transit Custom. A mobile asbestos testing lab van. Fully plastic lined, and altro flooring laid. Mid bulk head fitted and bespoke desk installation with VANKIT draws. Electrical install by Adam Sharp of Sharp Auto Electrical.

A recent job completed on this SWB T6 for a local photographer, to carry around his equipment safely. We fitted a mid bulkhead with a lift up door for when carrying long lengths. It also had 2 large shelves made with extra storage pockets either side.

Work completed on this VW Caddy Maxi. This van came to us completely empty, we fully insulated, ply lined & carpet lined throughout load area. We also fabricated, carpeted and installed the mid bulk head which is used to seperate the customers cleaning products and water storage. This van also had LED Lights fitted in the ceiling by Adam Sharp of Sharp Auto Electrical.

☆ Supplied & installed, removable 8FT wheel chair ramp.
☆ Supplied & fit with a Fiamma F80s 3.7m awning.
☆ Graphics designed & fitted by G Sign LTD.
☆ Full insulation & sound deaden throughout.
☆ Fully lined with Dibond composite panels, including ceiling.
☆ Half inch ply floor with altro floor covering.
☆ Handmade Vohringer cabinets & seating area.
☆ Tambour doors fitted to cabinets.
☆ Propex hot water system, sink & taps.
☆ PVC covered handrail.
☆ Bulkhead privacy curtain.
☆ Full electrical system designed & installed by Adam Sharp of Sharp Auto Electrical.

This has been one of our most extensive builds this year, and has been designed and built with the highest standard of craftsmanship; down to the last detail.

Another leisure van conversion finished this week, on this SWB Renault Traffic. Customer provided the interior to convert this vehicle.

☆ CR50 dometic fridge
