Our new TB Vehicle Services website is now live!

I’ve built a brand-new website for TB Vehicle Services myself. There are still a few finishing touches to add, but it’s now ready for you to have a look at:

I wanted to create a site that gives a better idea of who we are, what we do and the work we carry out here at our workshop in Norwich.

We cover everything from servicing, brakes and general repairs to:

• Timing belt and wet belt work
• Clutches and dual-mass flywheels
• Diagnostics
• Van repairs and fleet maintenance
• Suspension, brake and performance upgrades
• More involved mechanical repairs

We’re an independent, family-run garage with over 20 years’ experience. I’ve used plenty of real photos from the workshop and jobs we’ve worked on, rather than generic stock images.

We’re also continuing to develop the services we can offer in the workshop, including taking on more specialist belt replacement work where it’s suitable for us and the vehicle. As always, we’ll only recommend work we’re confident we can carry out properly and to the standard our customers expect.

I’m also looking into adding a customer login area to the website. The plan is for customers to be able to view their vehicle details and, if possible, receive reminders when their servicing or MOT is due. It’s something we’re hoping to develop further over time.

Whether it’s another service, more information, easier ways to contact us or anything else, your feedback would be very helpful as we continue developing the site.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who responded to our post yesterday.

We’ve had 12 new Google reviews already, which we honestly weren’t expecting.

Moving from being mobile into the workshop was a massive step for us, and the support we’ve had from our customers has been incredible.

Happy 18th Birthday to our apprentice Charlie!

He has come such a long way already in his career and has become a huge part of TB’S. Always getting stuck in, helping us build the workshop from the ground up, he’s always been someone we can rely on.

For someone only just turning 18, his work ethic and the progress he’s made is something he should be really proud of we certainly are.

An awesome lad, a great apprentice and a massive part of the TBS team.

Hi everyone,

Just a little update, everything is now back to normal, Charlie is back with us and we are available to take on more work on again.
Here are the dates we have at the moment.

We have had a couple of CANCELLATION SPACES come up...
Wednsday 5th - 1pm onwards
Thursday 6th - 1pm onwards

Then we have.....
Tuesday 11th - 2pm onwards
Wednesday 12th - 12pm onwards
Thursday 13th - ALL DAY
Friday 14th - Small space
Monday 17th - 12pm onwards.
Wednesday 19th - ALL DAY

Kara isn't in the office until 3rd Sept due to school holidays, most days she will have the phone for texts/whatsapp but please bear with me regarding calls.

Its Kara. We are officially out of office for a well needed holiday from tomorrow and we are back in at around 2pm on the 27th July.

Just a little heads up, it's only Terry in the workshop for the next couple of weeks.
As we are a pair of hands short, we'd appreciate your patience & understanding that you may not be able to get booked in on short notice and we are unable to accommodate walk ins at the moment as he is flat out.
