Some footage from this weekend’s testing in Bedford — getting valuable seat time, gathering plenty of data and working on the setup as we continue to find more speed.

We may have pushed it a little too far at one point… a hook at speed and a slightly wetter driver than planned! 💦 Thankfully, nothing more than a soaking.

A little piece of British boating history has just arrived at Marine Power UK 🇬🇧🚤

We’ve taken delivery of this classic Albatross marine speedboat — a fascinating piece of Norfolk-built marine history.

Albatross Marine was founded in St Olaves in 1949, with Archie Peace and Peter Hives using aircraft-inspired engineering to create lightweight aluminium speedboats.

By the 1950s, Albatross boats had become famous for their speed, waterskiing and racing — and they found their way onto the yachts of names including Prince Philip, Prince Rainier of Monaco and Brigitte Bardot.

Built in Norfolk. Built for speed. And still turning heads 70+ years later. 🔥
