Picture this: you arrive at a charging station with very little power left in your EV, ready to top up in minutes and be back on your way. But alas, you find our superfast 360kW-capable chargers without cables. The charger isn't broken, the cables have been stolen. Cable theft is a growing problem that's affecting charge point operators and drivers across the country, leaving drivers vulnerable and derailing plans.

Thieves shouldn't get away with it. So we've launched Cable Watch, an initiative to help tackle cable theft and protect charging reliability. If you have any information that could help us catch these thieves, please report it at 0800 240 4242.
