Steve’s Alfa 156 (ex Alfa Challenge car) on the rollers for engine calibration.

The 2.0L Twinspark engine produced 212BHP and 150LB/FT after calibration with the help of a set of throttle bodies, an 600 ECU and an air filter.

Richard’s 205 GTI Turbo Technics Dimma on the rollers for engine calibration.

This car has been predominantly built at home by Richard and is now controlled by an Emerald M3D LTD K6 engine management system.

1980 Olympus blue Renault 5 turbo on the rollers from Melliard of London ltd.

This Renault 5 was one of the first 400 homologation series with all aluminium panels (weighing 870kgs). The car has only covered 1951kms from new and has been comprehensively recommissioned by Melliard Motorsport with RenaultSport upgrades.

As the engine has been refreshed, the engine was run-in on the rollers and then calibrated along with a shakedown and calibrating the new mechanical high pressure fuel system.

James Caterham 420R on the dyno for engine calibration after one of our Throttle Body conversions.

Our kits are assembled using components from market leading manufactures including Jenvey, Reverie Ltd, Bosch and ITG Air Filters.

After calibration, this 420 produced 225bhp and 169lb/ft (up from 207 and 150lb/ft).

We have been working with and calibrating MST Cars since 2021 including their MK1 & MK2’s.

This MK2 is controlled by an Ecumaster engine management suit, Powered by a Millington Engines Diamond Series 2 and came to us for a Geartronics paddle shift upgrade.
